:deirdrexd:

I used to go to theme parks a lot growing up, I have so many pins…
Maybe someday I’ll get some of those locking backs and try to put them on things I use again.

I have waaay too many pins. :deirdrexd: Here are my not-in-use pins:

The rest are dispersed among my jackets, and one on my bag. Don’t ask me about buttons unless you want to open up the floodgates, lol.

I should have clarified, buttons count!

I have buttons! (And some pins. But mostly buttons.)

This is my work backpack (Metro is hard to navigate with too many bags.) Not pictured: Herman and my OG Flinterforge pin, which jump between coat lapels.

:eyes: I need that “When words fail” quote on a shirt…

Also, pins incoming when I get the chance to take pics.

I have a wood block decor piece thing with something to that effect on it! The exact phrasing (after looking at it and realizing katten is covering some of the letters in the pic I have) is “Music is the literature of the heart; it commences where speech ends.”

Also my phone now recognized Thornmouth as a word and will correct me if I mistype it.

Okay, I grabbed pics of the pins I can find at the moment. I know I have one or two more lanyards full somewhere…

I took two pics of this first one because it slides. :cagsfabulous:

The top row is my high school band award pins, the rest are team pins from FRC robotics teams from early in high school.

If anyone knows where I can get an original Ravenclaw pin with an eagle rather than a damned raven I will be forever in their debt!

The hearts with a 10 under was a gift from the Welsh blood service for giving blood 10 times

Yup, I started FRC my last year of middle school and was in it through sophomore year, then I got a bit too busy with work and other things. I was on team 494.

Random unsolicited pin tip…search for and get ‘Pin Savers’

They’re small blocks of metal, a hole for the pin and a grubscrew through the side, operated with an allen key.
Significantly more sturdy than standard pin backs and I havent lost a pin since switching, they’re pretty cheap ususally ~£2.50 for a dozen.

You can see one in use on the bottom of my Blood Service pin. The 3 pins in that photo are on a scarf, they have not budged at all.

The only time I’ve ever used etsy I never received the product I was promised. I’m sure it was just bad luck, but I’ve always been to scared to try it again.
